Our engagements span a wider set of activities – rather than a traditional interview inputs to paper outputs. Data gathering for analysis starts from actual operations – and solutions are institutionalized plus benefits demonstrated, before our team hands-over.
A consulting team closely experiences existing client operations, before moving into the analysis and solution building phase. There is a strong focus on fact based analysis. Data on current operations is analyzed and benchmarked with industry best practices. An optimal business solution is built and is reviewed by client. Post the acceptance of solution by client management, the team drives the implementation of the solutions organization-wide.
A committed team then assists the organization in absorbing the new solution over time, hand-holding the client in case of any hiccups. The typical Math Quotient team works out of client locations, absorbing nuances over time – the resultant solution is an implement-able one.
